Lemon Garlic Pork Chops – CE
Green salad, baked potatoes and corn on the cob

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 Pork loin chops
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 t dried rosemary
  • 1 t dried parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 6 mini frozen corn cobs
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 7 ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
  2. Wrap potatoes and corn in foil. Store corn in freezer.
To Cook
  1. Place foil wrapped corn and potatoes in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Remove pork chops from bag and grill on indoor or outdoor grill.
  3. Serve with green salad.
