Lemon Cake Mix Brownies

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 C vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t lemon zest optional
On Cooking Day
  • none needed

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Spray 8X8 pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients.
  3. Spread evenly into pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
To Cook
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Let cool and then cut into bars.
  3. Drizzle glaze mixture over bars.
