Korean-Style Pork Chops – C
rice and green beans

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 pork chops loin cut if possible
  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 1 T light brown sugar
  • 1 T chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 T sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz frozen green beans
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add pork to a large zipper bag. In a small bowl with lid mix together next 5 ingredients.
  2. Pour HALF of the mixture over pork. Zip and shake to mix.
  3. Reserve the remaining sauce.
To Cook
  1. On a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake pork chops at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
  2. Cook rice and green beans according to package instructions.
  3. Before serving drizzle pork chops with reserved sauce.
