Kielbasa with Potatoes and Peppers

Ingredients

Prep
  • 16 oz smoked kielbasa sausage
  • 6 red potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice kielbasa and potatoes into 1-inch chunks and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Clean and slice peppers and put in zipper bag with sausage and potatoes.
  3. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Zip to seal.
To Cook
  1. Pour contents of bag onto a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  2. Serve with dinner salad.
