Jalapeno Popper Breakfast for Dinner Casserole – C
tater tots and grapes

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 C half and half
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb cooked bacon
  • 1/2 C sliced jalepenos pickled
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 20 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb grapes any color

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Blend first 3 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Chop bacon and place in a large baking dish sprayed with non stick spray along with remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap.
To Cook
  1. Uncover baking dish and pour egg mixture into pan with bacon and bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until eggs are set.
  2. Cook tater tots according to package directions.
