- 3 lb beef roast any cut
- 1 lb baby new potatoes
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 1/2 C zesty Italian salad dressing
- 2 t minced garlic
- 2 t Italian seasoning
On Cooking Day
- 1 pkg dinner rolls
- 1 C water
Place all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
Pour all ingredients into slow cooker. Add 1 cup water. Cook on low for 8 – 10 hours.
Cook dinner rolls according to package directions.
