Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 t dried parsley
  • 6 sliced Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 6 deli sliced ham
  • 1/2 C bread crumbs
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 16 oz green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Spread cream cheese over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Top with ham, Swiss then bread crumbs.
  5. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Uncover and bake 5 minutes to crisp bread crumbs.
  3. Cook green beans according to package directions.
  4. Serve with green salad.
