Hoisin Glazed Salmon – C
rice and green beans

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 T hoisin sauce
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 1 t orange juice
  • 1/2 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 t sesame oil
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 16 oz green beans
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen steamers rice

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Add salmon to baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Trim green beans and add to pan with salmon. Pour/brush sauce over top of salmon filets and cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Uncover and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.

*Non seafood eaters, substitute with chicken breasts or steak.  May require longer cook time.
