Herby Grilled Chicken – CE
baked potato and mixed vegetables

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t dried rosemary
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 russet potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place first 7 ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
  2. Wrap potatoes in foil.
To Cook
  1. Place foil wrapped potatoes in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grill chicken on indoor or outdoor grill.
  3. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
