Herbed Pork Chops – C
Green salad and mixed vegetables

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 Pork loin chops
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t dried rosemary
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place all ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Remove pork chops from bag and grill on indoor or outdoor grill.
  2. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
  3. Serve with green salad.
