Hamburger Pickle Pizza – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/2 lb ground beef cooked
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1/4 C mustard
  • 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar
  • 1 pizza crust pre cooked
  • 1/2 C dill pickles
  • 1/4 C onion
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 3 T pickle juice
On Cooking Day
  • 2 C shredded lettuce
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix ketchup and mustard together. Spread evenly over pizza crust. Place pizza on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Top pizza crust with beef and cheese and cover.
  3. Chop onion and pickles and place in bowl with lid.
  4. In another bowl mix together mayo and pickle juice.
To Cook
  1. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-18 minutes or until heated through. *or bake according to directions on pizza crust package.
  2. Top with lettuce, pickle and onion mix, and drizzle the mayo mix over the top.
  3. Serve with salad.
