Ham And Bell Pepper Casserole

Ingredients

Prep
  • 4 oz cubed ham
  • 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C frozen chopped onion
  • 2 t dried chives
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • none needed

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 5 ingredients to a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Cover with plastic wrap.
  2. Add eggs, salt, pepper and milk to a blender and blend well. Cover until ready to cook.
To Cook
  1. Uncover ham mixture and pour egg mixture over top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour or until eggs are set.
