Greek Turkey Burgers – CE
french fries and salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/3 C sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 C feta cheese
  • 1 C plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 t dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 red onion optional
On Cooking Day
  • 6 turkey burgers raw
  • 2 C salad greens burger topping
  • 6 hamburger buns optional
  • 1 bag frozen french fries optional frozen sweet potato fries

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 7 ingredients to blender and blend. Store in small container with lid. This will be the sauce you serve on the burgers.
  2. Slice red onion (if using) and add to small zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Grill burgers on indoor our outdoor grill and Cook french fries according to package directions.
  2. Serve burgers with yogurt sauce, red onion and green salad.
  3. Serve with french fries.
