Ingredients

Prep
  • 4 T butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 C flour
On Cooking Day
  • 4 T syrup
  • 4 T powder sugar

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees, while oven preheats place butter in 8×8 dish and place in oven until the butter melts.
  2. Mix the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl then pour into baking dish with melted butter.
To Cook
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffy. Top with syrup and powder sugar.
