Garlicky Shrimp Tortellini – C
Garlic bread and salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 C half and half
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 lb medium cooked shrimp
  • 1 pkg garlic bread
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 3 ingredients to baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend well. Pour over tortellini. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in a 375 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until tortellini is tender. Mix in shrimp and cook 2-3 more minutes to heat shrimp through.
  2. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
