Garlic Lime Tilapia – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 tilapia fillets or any white fish
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/4 C lime juice
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamer
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix like a California Blend

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Season with salt and pepper. Zip and gently squish gently to mix.
To Cook
  1. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray, or lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 degrees 15 – 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
  2. Prepare rice and broccoli and cauliflower mix according to package directions.

*Non seafood eaters, substitute with chicken cutlets. May require longer cook time.
