French Bread Pesto Pizza – FF

Prep
  • 1 loaf French bread whole, unsliced
  • 8 oz pesto sauce
  • 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 C cooked shredded chicken
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice french bread in half lengthwise. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in freezer.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to a large zipper bag. Shake to mix well.
To Cook
  1. Thaw before cooking.
  2. Spread cheese/pesto mixture onto each half of french bread loaf.
  3. Slice tomatoes in half and top pizza.
  4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with salad.
