Easy Reuben Dip

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 C sauerkraut
  • 1/2 lb deli sliced corned beef
  • 1/3 C mayonnaise
  • 1/3 C bottles Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 C shredded Swiss cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 1 box Melba toast or rye toast

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Drain sauerkraut and add to a medium size bowl with lid.
  2. Chop corned beef and add to sauerkraut.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
To Cook
  1. Pour dip mixture into small baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  3. Serve with Melba toast.
