Easy Chicken Fajitas – Anniversary

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 bell pepper any color
  • 1 onion
  • 2 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 oz fajita seasoning
On Cooking Day
  • 12 flour tortillas taco size
  • fajita toppings (sour cream, cheese, etc.) optional
  • 1 pkg tortilla chips
  • 2 C salsa

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice bell pepper and onion into strips. Add to a large zipper bag.
  2. Add the next 2 ingredients to the zipper bag and toss to coat.
To Cook
  1. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Add fajita mixture to the baking sheet and cover with foil. Cook at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Serve with flour tortillas, fajita toppings, and chips and salsa.
