Easy BBQ Chicken Tostadas- FF
salad and sliced avocado

  • freezable, kid favorite, one pan, poultry

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 can canned pinto beans
  • 4 C cooked shredded chicken deli rotisserie
  • 1/4 C cilantro
  • 3 C shredded Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 C BBQ sauce
  • 1 C frozen corn
On Cooking Day
  • 12 tostada shells
  • 2 avocados
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Drain and rinse beans and add with remaining ingredients to a large zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Thaw before cooking.
  2. Place tostada shells on large baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Top each tostada equally with chicken mixture.
  4. Bake 375 degree oven for 15-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with salad and sliced avocado.
