Dogs in a Blanket – Anniversary

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 turkey hot dogs
  • 1 cans refrigerated crescent rolls or breadsticks
  • 6 oranges
On Cooking Day
  • 28 oz baked beans
  • 1/4 C ketchup optional for serving
  • 3 T mustard optional for serving

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Pat hot dogs dry with a paper towel.
  2. Open crescent rolls and separate them. Wrap each hot dog in a crescent roll. Store in a large container with a lid using wax paper to separate any layers.
  3. Slice oranges in half moons, and store in a zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Bake hot dogs on a baking sheet at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Prepare baked beans per package instructions. Serve with orange slices, and condiments as desired.
