Crispy Hot Chicken Salad Casserole – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 C cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C celery
  • 1/4 C real bacon bits
  • 1 1/2 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 T lemon juice
  • 1 C potato chips
On Cooking Day
  • 12 oz frozen broccoli steamer

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well then place in a greased baking dish. Cover.
  2. Place potato chips in another small zipper bag and slightly crush.
To Cook
  1. Top baking dish with crushed potato chips, then place in 350 oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
