Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken
Green beans and rice

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 t basil
  • 2 t dried parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
On Cooking Day
  • 1/2 C chicken broth
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
  • 16 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  • Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  • Pour chicken into slow cooker, add chicken broth and cook on low for 4 – 6 hours.
  • Add heavy cream last 15 minutes of cook time.
  • Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
