Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 t basil
  • 2 t dried parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
On Cooking Day
  • 1/2 C chicken broth
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
  • 16 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour chicken into slow cooker, add chicken broth and cook on low for 4 – 6 hours.
  2. Add heavy cream last 15 minutes of cook time.
  3. Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
