shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Microwave cream cheese until soft. Whisk together cream cheese and broth.
Pour tortellini and spinach into casserole dish, then pour over broth mixture. Mix together.
Top with cheese and bake covered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
