Creamy Meatball Casserole – CE

Prep
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 oz frozen red potato wedges
  • 16 oz frozen meatballs
  • 16 oz frozen stir fry vegetables
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg garlic bread
  • 6 C green salad

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add the first 4 ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Stir in the next 3 ingredients.
  3. Pour the meatball mixture into a baking dish and cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake, covered, at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Prepare garlic bread per package instructions. Serve with green salad.
