Creamy Chicken and Vegetables over Biscuits – Anniversary

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 C cooked shredded chicken
  • 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 21 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 t poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1 C milk
On Cooking Day
  • 6 frozen biscuits or canned
  • 6 C green salad

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all 6 ingredients to a large zipper bag and squish to mix.
To Cook
  1. Prepare biscuits per package instructions.
  2. Add chicken and vegetable mixture to a saucepan and warm over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
  3. Spoon chicken and vegetable mixture over biscuits and serve with green salad.
