Creamy Bacon Pork Chops – C
mashed potatoes and broccoli

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 pkg cooked bacon
  • 1 t paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C heavy whipping cream
  • 20 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 bag steamers mashed potatoes

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Lay pork chops in large baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Chop bacon and sprinkle over (and under) pork chops. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Uncover and bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Pour cream over top and cook additional 5-7 minutes or until cream thickens slightly.
  2. Cook mashed potatoes and broccoli according to package directions.
