Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole – C
salad and rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 C corned beef
  • 1 C frozen chopped onion
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • 1 head cabbage
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 6 dinner rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop corn beef and cabbage, add to a large zipper bag. Add remaining ingredients to the same bag. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour beef mixture in a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake the casserole for about one hour. Check it half way and add water if it seems dry. Continue cooking until cabbage is tender.
  2. Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
