Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 jalepeno
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Chop shrimp, cucumber, onion, tomato, jalepeno, avocado and cilantro and add to large container with lid.
  2. Add salt and lime juice and mix well. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
