Chili Garlic Sticky Noodles- C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T white vinegar
  • 1 T chili garlic paste
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper any color
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C chicken broth
  • 12 oz brown rice noodles

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in a large zipper bag. Add next 5 ingredients to bag.
  2. Thinly slice bell pepper and add to a small zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Place chicken mixture and broth into slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions and add to slow cooker along with pepper. Serve immediately.
