Chicken Parmesan Casserole – C
broccoli and noodles

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 deli rotisserie chicken about 4 cups shredded
  • 28 oz marinara sauce
  • 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 1/2 C panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz egg noodles
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 C freshly chopped basil for serving

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix chicken and marinara sauce in a large baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with cheeses.
  2. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs and garlic powder. Sprinkle over top. Cover.
To Cook
  1. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions.
