Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 3 C shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese
  • 2 C cooked cubed chicken
  • 1/2 C ranch dressing
  • 2/3 C real bacon bits
  • 1 T dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
  • 2 cauliflower pizza crusts
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Dice tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and toss to mix.
To Cook
  1. Top each pizza crust evenly with prepped topping mixture.
  2. Bake pizza according to pizza crust package instructions.
  3. Serve with green salad.
