Chicken Bacon Ranch Grilled Cheese – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 slices sliced sourdough bread
  • 3 C shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 C deli rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/2 C real bacon bits
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
On Cooking Day
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/4 C ranch dressing
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Layer bread with cheese, chicken, bacon, and then sprinkle garlic powder. Top with top slice and store in large container with lid.
To Cook
  1. Take off top slice of bread and drizzle each sandwich with ranch dressing. Replace top slice.
  2. Melt butter in skillet or grill pan and grill sandwiches until toasted and melted.
  3. Serve sandwiches with side salad and strawberries.
