Chicken and Spinach Ravioli Bake – OP1

  • kid favorite, one pan, poultry

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/3 C pesto sauce
  • 1 C chicken broth or water
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 C cooked shredded chicken from deli rotisserie
  • 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop spinach and set aside.
  2. Mix pesto and broth.
  3. Layer in baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Ravioli, pesto, spinach, chicken and repeat until all ingredients are used topping with Alfredo sauce. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered in a 400 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until center is cooked through.
  2. Top with cheese and bake long enough to melt. Serve with salad.
