Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 T butter
  • 4 C deli rotiserre chicken shredded
  • 2 C milk
  • 2 C biscuit mix or self rising flour
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C chicken broth
  • 1/2 t dried sage
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Melt butter and pour in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer chicken over butter and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix milk and biscuit mix and pour over chicken. Cover.
  3. Mix last 4 ingredients in a bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Whisk broth mixture well and pour over casserole. Bake at 400 for around 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  2. Serve with green beans.
