Cherry Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Brownies

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 cherry chip cake mix
  • 1/3 C vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 C mini chocolate chips
On Cooking Day
  • 1/4 C mini chocolate chips

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Spray 8X8 pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
To Cook
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, then slice.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30 second intervals. Drizzle over brownies.
