Cajun Butter Steak Bites – CE
mashed potatoes and green beans

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 top loin steaks or 2 lbs any steak you like
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 T Cajun seasoning
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 C butter
On Cooking Day
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 bag frozen mashed potato steamers
  • 16 oz green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Cut steak into 2 inch pieces and add to large zipper bag. Add oil and cajun seasoning and mix well.
  2. Mix garlic powder and butter in small bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Sear the steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes each side until edges are crispy and browned, adding extra oil as needed.
  2. Melt butter mixture in microwave and pour over steak.
  3. Cook mashed potatoes and green beans according to package directions.
