  • 2 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 1/2 C Frank’s red hot sauce
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1/4 C apricot preserves or peach
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 2 T soy sauce
ingredients needed on cooking day
  • 1/4 C blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 pkg frozen mashed potato steamers
  • 1 pkg frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
cooking directions
  1. Add meatballs to slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  2. Cook mashed potatoes and peas according to package directions. Add blue cheese crumbles to potatoes.
