Buffalo Chicken Burritos – C
chips, grapes and salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese or softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 C Franks hot sauce or similar
  • 1 pkg dry ranch seasoning
  • 6 C cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 C blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 12 flour tortillas burrito size
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag chips
  • 16 oz grapes
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, hot sauce and ranch seasoning until combined.
  2. Mix chicken with cream cheese mixture.
  3. Evenly fill each tortilla with chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bleu cheese on top. Roll up folding in one side. Wrap each burrito with foil.
To Cook
  1. Place burritos in slow cooker and cook on high for two hours or bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Serve with chips, grapes and a green salad.

Alternatively you can bake wrapped in foil on a baking sheet at 350 for 25-30 minutes until heated thru and cheese is melted.
