Broiled Garlic Shrimp – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T honey
  • 2 t chili powder
  • 1/4 t pepper
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag steamers mashed potatoes
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop woody ends from asparagus and add to large zipper bag along with remaining ingredients.
To Cook
  1. Pour shrimp mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Broil 5-8 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
  2. Cook mashed potatoes according to package directions.
