Broiled Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

Needed for Assembly
  • 2 lb sirloin steak or any steak you like
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Needed on Cooking Day
  • 1 bag steamers mashed potatoes

Instructions

Assembly
  1. Cut steak into bite size pieces, chop parsley and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Melt butter and add with next 2 ingredients to steak.
  3. Zip and shake to mix well.
  4. Trim woody ends from asparagus and add to another large zipper bag with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Zip and shake.
Cooking
  1. Pour steak and asparagus onto large baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
  2. Broil 5-8 minutes on high or until steak is desired doneness.
  3. Cook mashed potatoes according to package directions.
