Ingredients

Prep
  • 16 bag broccoli florets
  • 1 C grated carrots
  • 1 C frozen chopped onion
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 t oregano
On Cooking Day
  • 3 C chicken broth
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. add all ingredients to large zipper bag (if prepping ahead) or slow cooker.
To Cook
  1. Pour broccoli mixture into slow cooker. Add chicken broth.
  2. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
  3. Stir and add shredded cheese and evaporated milk and cook 30 minutes on high. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Blend with blender or immersion blender until desired creaminess.
  5. Serve with salad.
