Breakfast Casserole for Dinner – 10 YR Bonus

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 C croutons
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 C milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t ground mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 t onion powder
  • 1/3 C real bacon bits
On Cooking Day
  • 6 frozen sausage links

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Layer croutons in 7×11 pan.
  2. Mix next 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over croutons.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon pieces and cover with plastic wrap.
To Cook
  1. Remove plastic wrap and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
  2. Heat sausage in microwave according to package directions.
