Beefy Tater Tot Bake – C
salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb ground beef cooked
  • 16 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 C frozen chopped onions
  • 3 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 C milk
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place cooked beef in a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Top with tater tots.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients in a small bowl and pour over tater tots.
  3. Top with cheese and cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake loosely covered in a 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Serve with salad.
