Beefy Pasta Casserole – C
salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 24 oz cooked ground beef
  • 8 oz rotini pasta cooked
  • 1/3 C grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 C frozen onion
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 28 oz can Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 1/2 C sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C breadcrumbs
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and mix together all ingredients until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
To Cook
  1. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  2. Top with breadcrumbs and broil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve with salad
