BBQ Ranch Sausage
Corn on the cob, baked potatoes and salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lbs smoked sausage
  • 2 C BBQ sauce
  • 1 T dry ranch seasoning
  • 4 frozen mini corn cobs
  • 4 baking potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits) butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheese
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 1 C BBQ sauce

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add first 3 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
  2. Wrap each corn cob and potato individually in foil.
To Cook
  1. Add sausage mixture to crock.
  2. Add a layer of foil and pile corn and potatoes on top.
  3. Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours.
  4. Serve sausage with extra sauce, corn, potatoes and green salad.
