BBQ Beef Pizza -GB1

Prep
  • 2 ready made pizza crusts
  • 4 C cooked ground beef
  • 1 C BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 C chopped red onions
  • 2 C shredded Mexican cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix ground beef, BBQ sauce and red onion.
  2. Assemble each pizza in layers: crust, ground beef mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap or store in bags that come with crusts.
To Cook
  1. Unwrap pizza and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with green salad.
