Baked Ham Gnocchi Casserole – C
salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 16 oz cubed ham
  • 1 1/2 C frozen peas
  • 24 oz gnocchi
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • 2 C shredded Swiss cheese or any cheese you like
  • 1/2 t pepper
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C heavy cream or half and half
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Remove foil and pour heavy cream over casserole. Cover with foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot in center.
  2. Serve with salad.
