Baked Chicken Marsala – C
green beans and dinner rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 C sliced mushrooms
  • 1 C shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 C Marsala Cooking Wine
On Cooking Day
  • 20 oz frozen green beans
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place chicken cutlets in large baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Top with next 4 ingredients. Mix Marsala and soup and pour over chicken. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions.
  3. Serve with dinner rolls.
